We booked a pool-view deluxe room, but ended up in a shabby room at the back with litter outside. The pool was cloudy and full of debris, nothing like the website photos. We had booked two nights and left after one. Completely unacceptable. Sawasdee resort is closer to town and costs a little more, but it’s excellent.

They let us check in early at 3am for free, and even drove us to the bus at no charge. The staff were really nice, and our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated. Perfect stay! I’d recommend it to anyone.

The staff made sure we were comfortable. They gave me an extra bed with a blanket that smelled so clean and nice. I have to find out what fabric softener they use! 🙌🏼👃🏼👍🏻👌🏻

During our month traveling around Southeast Asia, this was the best hotel we stayed at. The staff were great, and there’s a really good restaurant just across the street. Our room was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful.

The entrance looked a bit neglected and didn’t make a great first impression. But once you reach the rooms, there’s a lovely garden area at the back with a striking koi pond. Nice!
