Toon Guesthouse Sukhothai

This guesthouse is right in front of the historical park, with a bike rental shop next door where you can rent a bike for 30 THB. My room was comfortable and spacious for the price. I was having a very comfortable stay, and the ladies kindly let me extend my checkout until 1 PM. I left my baggage in the lobby for the day and went biking around. Then my endometriosis suddenly flared up while I was at an amulet making workshop. I was in extreme pain and booked a grab back to the guesthouse. My driver called the guesthouse and bike rental shop ahead. When we arrived, everyone was waiting outside the car. I could barely stand and collapsed on the couch. The rental lady who spoke better English asked what they could do. I asked for heat packs. One woman boiled water, the lady searched through my luggage for the packs, another opened a room so I could rest, and a fourth stayed with me for 30 minutes to check I was okay. They were so kind and went above and beyond, even though I'd already checked out. When I felt better, the person I assumed was the owner asked how I was doing and offered to lend me his bike for free when I said I wanted to go to the park. They wouldn't even let me pay for the room. I'm so grateful to everyone who helped me that day, and lucky they were there. Please book with them. I doubt you'll find that kind of compassion anywhere else.
