The price was very affordable, and the location was okay. That was the only good part. We left after one terrible night and found somewhere more comfortable and customer-oriented for the rest of our week in suphanburi. The room was big and empty, with a tiny balcony and a broken light. An unnecessary sink took up more space, and there were no bedside tables, power outlets, or light switch. The harsh white lighting wasn’t suitable for a bedroom. The dirty air conditioner was right above the bed, which was a very bad idea and gave me headaches. The five-foot mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were bad, and the towel wasn’t small. The TV screen didn’t work at all. There was no shower gel or shampoo, the toilet paper holder was broken, and there was nowhere to put soap in the shower. With no shower curtain or other protection, the whole bathroom became a swimming pool after ten seconds. The old, dirty shower head and hoses leaked everywhere. The room had absolutely no decoration and felt like a sterile hospital. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of rooms, so after 10 pm you have to park quite far away on the street, without security. A hotel is a service business, but there was no service or value here, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
