Berich Hotel

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but I’d booked Be Rich hotel for two nights and checked out after one. The room was extremely basic, and the hotel’s advertising photos made it look much better than it really was. That was disappointing. The WiFi was very poor and unreliable, and the wall-mounted nightstand was noticeably slanted and impractical. The electricity setup caused a bigger problem. They gave me only one key card at check-in. I took it with me when I left for a few hours, and all the power shut off, including the refrigerator. When I got back, everything inside was completely warm. Most hotels keep the fridge powered when you remove the card, and usually give you two cards to prevent this. Here, I had to complain to get that sorted. There was no water kettle in the room either. I usually get up around 5:00 AM and make coffee, but the hotel only serves it starting at 7:00 AM. Having coffee first thing is essential for many people, and not having the option in the room was a significant drawback. The kind staff and clean room couldn’t make up for the many inconveniences and misleading presentation. The stay was disappointing enough that I left early.

The staff were professional and helpful, and we had a great time staying here. The room was very big and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends!

Pla at reception was so kind and welcoming. The hotel is very affordable, with large, clean rooms and a good parking area. Especially nice for an overnight stop.
