Suansin Garden Hotel

2026 Jan. It was very quiet, with clean rooms and good water pressure. Parking was plentiful, and the receptionist and other staff were welcoming. There's also a nice restaurant on the premises. Getting here from the main highway was easy.

I've stayed here a few times and most of the staff are lovely. There's one woman in the office, though, who's rude both in person and on the phone. She makes you feel like you're bothering her. The rest of the crew's kindness makes up for it.

The staff are really nice, so please treat them with respect. The room was excellent, with loads of space and a very large toilet and shower. Everything was fine until our last night, when a family arrived around midnight in several vehicles and made a lot of noise for an hour. It disturbed our sleep, and nobody was there to enforce the quiet. After a long drive in the heat, it would also be nice to have a jug of cold water ready for guests checking in. Watch out for the many stray dogs if you walk far, especially in the afternoon. Lotus is nearby and fine to walk to.

I mainly stay at Suansin as an overnight stop on my journey, and a good night's sleep matters to me. The soft pillows are wonderful. They used to have a small free breakfast in the morning with coffee, toast, and jam, but now it's just coffee and tea. I was told inflation was the reason for the cut, since they didn't want to raise room prices.
