Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort

We came from Phuket to Khao Lak with friends for a birthday, and the whole celebration turned out wonderfully. I’m grateful to all the hotel staff. At dinner, the live music was elegant and captivating, with comfortable volume and a mesmerizing singer. We even joined in. The beachfront restaurant had a great range of dishes, and everything we tried was incredibly delicious. The staff’s service and attitude were worthy of the highest praise. It’s a beautiful, cozy place where the quality matches the price, and we’d love to come back.

Tum, Sa, Shane, Rid, and Love made our holiday unforgettable. They greeted us with smiles each day, got us involved in beach soccer and volleyball, and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed. They were friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and clearly enjoy looking after guests. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome and included. We had an amazing stay at Outrigger Khao Lak and would happily come back just for the people. Highly recommended!

The little personal touches made our stay with the family at Outrigger Khao Lak really memorable. Tum, Shane, Sa, and the other guys made sure we had four sunbeds together every day, always with a smile. Our housemaid Tae was fantastic, and everyone from breakfast to reception and the bellboys was wonderful, though I’m sorry I can’t remember all their names. The staff made a great impression from check-in through check-out. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

We’ll really miss the hotel and its team. They were so kind to our little boy, and Tum made a point of chatting with him every day and recommending places to visit. The kids club was great, and all the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Tum, Au, and Love for making our holiday so special and unforgettable. The location is great for families, with the centre just a taxi ride away. The pool is lovely, with two shallow sections for children. We enjoyed the food and drinks too. There’s nothing bad I can say about the hotel.
