Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort (SHA Extra+)

We had a good stay, and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fabulous, especially with that lovely bay view from the tables. The location suited us well: a little removed from the main bustle but still an easy walk into town. The building must have been spectacular once, though now it feels a bit run down and could use some care. I also wasn't keen on the very firm bed made from two single beds pushed together.

The team made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and showing us around the property. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, whether that meant food suggestions, booking excursions, or advice on places to see. They were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time at this Thailand resort. The service made the stay memorable, and we felt welcome and cared for throughout. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing, well-organized vacation in Thailand.

We had dinner during the specials happy hour, with buy-one-get-one cocktails, and they also provide a complimentary shuttle to Patong. Baan Yin Dee is tucked into a peaceful, quiet setting overlooking Patong Beach. The staff were incredible, friendly, caring, and very helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

The massages were wonderful, and the rooms were spacious. We also got discounts on all the services we booked through the hotel. Patong Beach is less than two minutes away. We chose this place for our honeymoon and enjoyed the culture around us. The front desk was helpful at any hour, and the free breakfast was useful when we had an early excursion. The staff packed breakfast for us to take along, and the amenities were always available. Completely recommend.
