SUNSURI PHUKET, Nai Harn Beach

We stayed at Sunsuri for seven nights and had a super experience. The staff were kind, lovely, and always available, with a high level of service. It's very family friendly and has lots of activities. Our spacious room was always fresh, with a super comfy bed, a choice of pillows, and a great view of the ocean and resort pools. The pools are big and nice to swim in, and we really loved the restaurant. A minimart and some other shops are about a five-minute walk away, though there's no sidewalk to get there. The hotel also runs free scheduled transport to and from the nearby beach.

The activities team, especially Keay, the recreation supervisor, made a big impression on us. The sports team created such a fun atmosphere, and Mang is the most fun man here. Volleyball and the daily morning water activities, especially aqua aerobics, were great. Everything was well organized and full of positive energy. We've stayed at Sunsuri Phuket before and are happy to keep coming back. The staff are attentive, friendly, and ready to help. We especially look forward to seeing the whole team again, including Keay and Mang. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and Nai Harn beach is one of Phuket's most beautiful. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well kept, the food is varied and delicious, and it's a pleasure to relax there after a full day. The people are a big part of what makes us want to return.

We borrowed the free bicycles for two hours, a generous offer, but be prepared for steep hills on the way to the capes for the views. The bikes are heavy and have no gears. The hotel sits high on a hill among lush greenery, and our room overlooked a lake. Breakfast had a generous buffet of Thai and international food, and the coffee was delicious. Room service was excellent, and our pool was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and the whole complex was clean. Leaves would blow around in the refreshing daytime breeze, but they were swept up quickly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The spa was stunning, and the massage therapists were among the best we've experienced. Having those services at the resort made our stay relaxing and easy. The resort has a lovely mix of Thai character, upscale privacy, and peace. It suits couples, solo travelers, and families, with a comfortable energy that isn't too loud or crowded. The food was impeccable, and service exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we met was warm, welcoming, helpful, and smiling. Room service was prompt and reliable, and everything across the resort was spotless and well maintained. The shuttle was very convenient, and the location made it easy to reach the beach, good restaurants, and local shops while still feeling tucked away in a private oasis. We enjoyed every moment at Sunsiri Hotel & Resort Phuket and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.
