Madison Hotel (SHA Extra Plus)

This is my go-to cafe in Thasala. Everyone working here is so kind and welcoming. I love the matcha espresso and cappuccino, and usually have a freshly baked cake with my drink. The cake is worth trying. I love this place 💜

The cafe feels cozy, with both air-conditioned and outdoor seating. The drinks are delicious and there’s a good range to choose from. It’s not exactly cheap, though it’s still much less than many of Bangkok’s good, fancy coffee shops. I’d try the Rose Lychee Cold Brew or the Earl Grey Lemon Peach Tea. Both are very tasty and refreshing.

The cakes are pricey, but the quality is so good and they’re delicious, so I can forgive that. The place feels comfortable and welcoming, and the coffee was right on, distinctly sour rather than bitter, just how I like it.

I’ve come here many times to work on my MacBook, and I really like the London-inspired feel of this cozy cafe in Tha Sala, a small town in Nakhon Si Thammarat. You can get coffee or something without coffee, like the hojicha latte I had, along with a tasty cake. I recommend the peach cake if you visit Tha Sala.
