The rooftop infinity pool was the highlight, with wonderful views and a great atmosphere. Our three-bedroom condo, booked through Banyan Living Services, was spotless, modern, and very contemporary. It’s in a central but peaceful spot, about 200m from the beach, and we could easily get around on foot. A fantastic stay at Laguna Beachside, and a great choice in Phuket if you want somewhere clean, modern, and well located.

Laguna Beachside Residence is presented as a boutique luxury retreat in Bang Tao, Laguna Phuket, a private and secure coastal area near Banyan Tree Phuket. It’s about a 150-200 meter walk to Bang Tao Beach. Prices are listed from about 10-15 million THB for select units and from about 27 million THB for premium residences. The listing positions it in Phuket’s high-end property market, with location, brand, and lifestyle supporting long-term value. Its final pitch is a distinctive address close to the beach, with resort-style living and investment appeal.

A lovely new condominium in Laguna Phuket, very close to the beach. The facilities are new and nice, with plenty of shops, cafes, beach clubs, and massage places nearby.

We booked through Komfort Property Management, and they had everything organized smoothly. Communication was great, they paid attention to details, and replies came quickly. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a rooftop pool, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. Lots of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby too. We really loved it and will definitely come back. It’s become a special place for us.
