As a solo woman over 50, I felt safe here and would definitely book again. The dorm beds were a good size, with privacy curtains, lockers big enough for a large suitcase, and a door lock. I just wish the others would lock the door, since it was always left open. There were no safety issues, though. The open community area and fast internet were great. The hostel is in a walkable area, with convenience stores, restaurants, and beach access nearby. There's a small pool to cool off, and the shower areas were nice and clean. I'd add a fan and another socket by the beds if possible. Great hostel, location, and staff, all the things you hope for.

I spent 10 days here for 4,500 THB and had a great stay, especially as a solo traveler. It's clean and peaceful, with a really relaxed feel. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Great value for the quality and location, highly recommended 👍

There's a convenience store right next door, run by what seems to be the same family who own the hostel, so it's easy to pick up essentials. The beds are comfy, the pool is nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A lovely, laid-back place in the heart of Bang Tao. I'll be back :)

I felt at home and safe at Chillhub Hostel, and it made my solo trip comfortable, social, and fun. Most guests were into Muay Thai and MMA, with similar plans to train and relax, so it was easy to connect. I met some cool people, and we went to the beach, ate out, and rented jet skis together. Everyday errands were easy too, with a clean massage place, smoothie and juice shop, laundry, fruit shop, and convenience store right opposite the hostel. I had an amazing experience and would recommend Chillhub Hostel, especially to solo travelers who want to train, unwind, and meet like-minded people.
