Customer service was very bad. There was nobody at reception, so I called the number listed. She said she was on her way, but 30 minutes passed and she still hadn't shown up. When I called again, she said she couldn't come, apologized, and hung up. The place is far out, with absolutely nowhere nearby to get food or water. The restaurant shuts at 9pm, and I was left without food or water because she wouldn't come when I wanted to rent a scooter. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're here only to wakeboard and have your own transport. I'm checking out early and expect a refund for the remaining days.
