Even with my very late arrival, the team replied quickly and handled everything professionally. They gave me clear, useful instructions that were easy to follow. The residences are truly on another level, and getting there and settling in was smooth and effortless. I appreciated the whole team's service and attention to detail. Thanks as well to the security lady, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, for being kind and apologizing. And a special thank you to Khun Fareen for the warm welcome and generous late check-out.

The staff were welcoming from check-in through check-out and always willing to help. I found Palmyrah Surin Beach Residence clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Its location worked well for enjoying Surin Beach and getting around Phuket. I had a really great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, quiet spot near the beach. I'd definitely return on another visit to Phuket.

Fareen's kindness and professionalism made a real difference throughout my stay. She clearly cared about the guests, greeted us with a warm smile, and went out of her way to help with whatever we needed. The residence was comfortable too, and the location had a lovely, peaceful feel that made it easy to relax. My time at Palmyrah Surin Beach Residence was wonderful from beginning to end. Thanks to Fareen and the overall hospitality, it was memorable and enjoyable. I'd happily recommend Palmyrah Beach Residence for a relaxing getaway, and I look forward to coming back.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and they even contacted me after checkout when I left a couple of small personal items behind. They kindly sent them to my other residence in Thailand, which I hadn't expected and really appreciated. The facilities are excellent. The gym isn't big, but it's sufficient. There are two large pools: the downstairs one is beautiful and popular, while the rooftop pool is quieter and has an amazing swimming lane. The location is on a calm street with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We got in around midnight for a one-night stay, and the receptionist was very responsive and made sure we were looked after. The room was fine, and it was quiet there, with the beach not far away. Would recommend!
