Floods had stopped the buses and trains from Trang and farther south, so my girlfriend and I wound up staying here while I was trying to get to Malaysia by land. It was £20 a night, and honestly a lovely place to stay. Robinson shopping mall is less than five minutes across the road, with the bus station another five-minute walk away. Stag friendly, too. It wasn't where I meant to end up, but I had a good stay and would definitely recommend it.

Need hot water for your morning coffee? It's downstairs, so be ready to crawl to the ground floor.

My group stayed at HOPP Inn Trang. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable. A great option for a budget stay.

The hotel is really nice and close to the mall. K’Kluay and K’Boss provided good service.

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Trang. Robinson mall is across the street, and the bus station takes about 10 minutes on foot. Deed and a few other live music spots are within a 10-minute walk, including Deed's nightclub and relaxed outdoor area. The hotel is in great shape and very clean. Rooms are basic but clean and well designed, with a tiny balcony and ashtray in each. The price is very reasonable for what you get.
