You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes, so the location worked well for me. The room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable mattress, and honestly very inexpensive for what you get. The price includes coffee, toast, and traditional Thai soup for breakfast. Other breakfast items cost extra. There are over 200 TV channels, though about 95% are in Thai, and the toilet has everything you need. The massage service was good, but costs a little more than places around town. One more thing, reception may have one of the cutest dogs ever (see picture below).

There are a few local Thai restaurants within walking distance for dinner, and the two night markets are about 1.5 km away on foot. Breakfast is included with the room, and the cheerful, friendly staff prepared ours on the top floor.

The room was clean and had a mountain view. There was a very loud European family staying there, but the soundproofing helped quite a bit. The shower came off the wall, though it went back into place okay. I thought the place was really good and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was beautifully plated on the rooftop, and the staff here are great and friendly. They handle everything, including registration, cleaning, and cooking. My room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I loved staying here and will come back. Khop khun mak na khapppp 🙏🙏🙏🙏

For 600thb, the rooms were an amazing quality. Breakfast was terrible, so skip it, and don't expect the biggest smile from reception. Still, at this price, it'll be hard to find a cleaner, more comfortable room in Thailand.
