The location made things easy: Trat Hometown is right in central Trat, with a 7-Eleven across the street and plenty of restaurants and local food options nearby. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Trat Bus Terminal isn’t far, and you can walk if you don’t have much luggage. A shared songthaew can take you straight to the hotel for around 100 THB, though I thought that was quite expensive for a 5-minute ride. A very good, affordable place to stay.

An awkward stay. Maybe the owner should put some money into the building. How much would double glazed windows cost? Apparently more than this was worth to me. I’m done.

Keep an eye on the 500 bath deposit. I checked out in a hurry, and they didn’t return it automatically.

The beds were very good, and I slept like a baby. It’s a nice, clean hotel in central Trat. I’ll come back in the future!
