Banyan Tree Krabi

The resort was beautiful, and the whole property team, from housekeeping and security to the pool bar and sports activities, made everything feel seamless. We had a wonderful stay in this paradise. We ate breakfast at The Naga Kitchen every morning and had lunch there a few times. The food and spread were delicious, but the team made the experience especially memorable. Ying, Mint, and Priew were fantastic. One morning my husband was late for breakfast, and Ying wrapped up his meal, kept it warm, then brought it to him after breakfast service had ended and the restaurant was turning over for lunch. Chef Gift made delicious eggs and the breakfast item of the day. I’m so grateful to them for the kind service and atmosphere. The people serving you matter as much as the food, and they gave us a reason to want to return. The wider team were wonderful too. Summer checked us in, took us to lunch, and checked on us almost daily. Ploy, Got, Gigi, and Jeannie answered all our WhatsApp questions.

The warm, respectful way the whole team treated us made the stay feel even better than the beautiful hotel, facilities, and views. Mus-ab and Ally deserve a special mention for their professionalism, kindness, and great attitude. They made us feel like family rather than guests, a level of hospitality worth learning from. Thank you all for making our visit so special. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

I’ve visited this property several times as an outside guest, with friends and with my partner, and the teams across the different departments have stood out each time. At the front desk, Phoom, Tarn, Summer, Guy, and the other staff are always attentive, ready to help, show us around, and take lovely photos. At Naga, the food is average for a luxury hotel, which is quite good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Saina took especially good care of us. Bird's Nest has a stunning view. It can get warm during afternoon tea, but the fans in the nest made it manageable. M was attentive and gave top-tier service. At Saffron, we had a lovely, memorable evening. The food was delicious and balanced for Thai locals and foreign guests alike. The fried squid with garlic served with squid ink is a 10/10. Rio and Ann were wonderful. The cocktails at the Bar are the best I’ve had. The mixologists can make drinks to suit your taste, and Ton, Dao, and Khem were friendly and fun. At the Spa, Bambi and Subhass gave me a warm welcome. I’ve been to many Banyan Tree spas around Asia, and this is easily one of the best. The massage was calming and relaxing, and my therapist Lita knew just the techniques we needed. Rainforest is a must-try signature experience. The interior and lighting are beautiful. Laila explained everything clearly, then gave us complete privacy for our session. My favorite part was the large, warm plunge pool and all its different hydrotherapy functions. It was a lot of fun. I’d definitely return and really appreciate all the Banyan Tree team’s hard work and dedication.

I’ve never had hotel service this incredible. Someone was ready with a towel, water, ice, and a cold towel before we’d even settled by the pool, and the buggy was so efficient that we never waited more than two minutes. Most times, it was already there. The views were breathtaking, and the rooms were beautiful, with attention paid to the smallest details. The restaurants served food that made us say “wow,” the pools were excellent, and the toddler pool was exactly what we needed. The kids' club is small and charming. All the hotel communication happened over WhatsApp, which made everything easy, like chatting with a friend. I’m short of words for how good this stay was.
