Breakfast was basic, mostly instant coffee, though the Kai Krata was a nice way to start the day. We also heard the noise through the walls that other guests mentioned, but got a decent night's sleep anyway. The room and bathroom needed a much deeper clean, and some fixtures looked worn and overdue for maintenance. We also had no hot water when we tried to shower. It was a mixed experience for us.

For the price, this is a good budget hotel and the value is hard to fault. The Thai-style breakfast is simple, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Cleanliness was acceptable, though a bit more attention to detail would help.

I paid 765 THB for a Saturday night in a Deluxe room. It was 25 square meters, with a balcony, bathroom, and fairly basic decor. Parking is in front of the building. It's a standard budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

The rooms are plain, but clean, and the whole place is very cheap. There's a handy little convenience shop downstairs with a nice beer selection. People often sit around there at night; it's not really a bar, but the atmosphere is friendly. Things were done well enough, and often better.

The location is ideal, close to the park, hospital, and airport, but the room was in bad shape. It was dirty, outdated, and clearly hadn't been maintained. I'd stay somewhere else.
