Unya Hotel Ubon

After I was discharged from the hospital, I stayed at this hotel while recovering with crutches and a wheelchair. What I found here was real care, not just a place to sleep. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and willing to help beyond what I expected. The accident in Ubon Ratchathani was beyond anyone's control and wasn't caused by negligence. It was not a minor situation, but I still feel fortunate it happened here, at this time, and not in a worse way. I remain grateful, especially knowing what others may go through. Speaking with management helped me understand that this thoughtful service comes from strong leadership and a culture of care. Thank you for making recovery easier and deeply meaningful.

The location is prime, and the hotel looked cozy. We'd read lots of positive reviews before arriving and were excited to stay. But on the second day, while we were out on the road, the hotel called to say they'd found barely visible stains on our sheets and would charge THB2,100 for cleaning. That's utter daylight robbery. We went back and argued, and they lowered it to THB1,000. If cleanliness matters so much to them, I have photos showing stains that weren't from us after they changed the sheets. We're reporting this to the Thailand Tourist Police.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and there's an EV charger here. The room was really nice, with a comfy bed that had a gravitational pull. Staff were friendly and provided decent service. I'll definitely come back!

It's quiet here, with a great atmosphere and clean rooms. Most of all, I want to thank the staff for being so kind and grateful to my family. I loved the service, and the lobby boys speak good English. If I come to Ubon again, I'll choose this place again.
