The room was okay, and the location is great with a view of the airport. Prices aren't high either. The front door staff, though, didn't greet or welcome us, and spoke to us rudely. Very poor customer service.

The room is in good shape, and the faucet and shower are clean and work well. There was no bad smell. The sheet is quite thin, though, and the blanket feels a little greasy.

The water tasted strange when I brushed my teeth. The room was old and smelled moldy, and the AC unit seemed to add to the odor.

The price is just right, and the staff are helpful. It's a nice place to stay downtown in Ubon, close to the amenities, and the airport is only 5-10 minutes away.

The staff are really friendly, and getting around the city from here is convenient. My room was nice and clean, and the price was good 👍👍😃
