A spacious room with a high ceiling, in a good neighborhood with plenty of parking. I noticed a few small bathroom cleaning issues, though they were acceptable to me. The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a coffee machine, Thai food, boiled rice, salad, an egg station, soy milk, and juice. For a well-equipped budget hotel, it was worth the price and cost less than Centara Udon Thani.

The breakfast was easily the best part, with plenty to choose from, and the rooms are a good size. A safe in the room would be useful, and although an iron and board can be requested, those really ought to be standard. I also think they have room to add a small pool, whether at the front, side, or back. It wouldn’t need to be big. The front desk was a mess, though. I called down for night tea with soy milk and was told to call 109, but they didn’t seem to know what was going on. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel, just missing a few small things I’d expect from a four-star place.

The option to use bikes was a real plus, and the staff were lovely. The rooms are basic but do the job. We did hear a neighbor one night, and WiFi was very poor in our corner room. Also, if you’re hoping to be near the centre, the hotel is a bit far out.

We stayed with the kids in a superior room. It was clean and roomy, and the hotel sits right in the heart of the city. The staff were attentive and friendly. They even brought us complimentary soy milk before bedtime, which was a lovely treat.

The breakfast was decent, and the hotel was perfectly functional. Still, it felt rather bland and expensive for a hotel in a regional Thai town. No pool or in-room safe.
