Communication was the frustrating part of our stay. When we arrived, reception was empty and every door was shut; calls, messages, and emails got no response. We had to get a neighbor to reach the owner. They took a deposit, and checking out was also stressful because there was no communication. Fortunately, the lady was at reception on checkout day, so it all worked out. The room itself was spacious and looked like the photos, and the price was good. The place was so quiet, though, because we seemed to be alone in the whole building. The pool isn't actually there, the cafe was closed, and the property looked abandoned. They really need to fix the communication, since getting no reply was very frustrating.

There were just two guests while I was there, so it felt very private, and the place is spacious. It's a super cheap option in a good location for the price. The beds didn't smell very fresh. The room has a fridge, WiFi, TV, bed, desk, and balcony.

The matcha bingsu was fragrant, sweet, and really delicious. Service was friendly, and the food was tasty without costing too much.
