Panya Resort Hotel

We booked this resort hotel at the last minute, though I'd personally call it more of a motel. The room was clean, but not extremely clean, and there were lots of creepy crawlies that looked like ants all over the floor. When we pointed them out, the response made it seem like they didn't know what we meant. The person at the desk wasn't especially friendly or welcoming. There was no Freeview, which surprised me. If you expect YouTube or to log into Netflix, forget it. There's just one channel showing films, a local one. Breakfast had to be requested the day before and paid for in advance. I have to admit the food was really nice, including a well-made dish I think was called porridge. Everything was great, though the coffee wasn't my favorite. I'm particular about coffee. There was plenty of safe parking, so we didn't have to worry about the car. One man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Another woman was shy and a bit larger in size, but very friendly too. Once she realized you were there, she'd always try to say hello with a lovely smile and welcoming manner. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, to be honest, but when it was, we got fresh towels. They put a bed in for our little girl without any trouble. Overall it was okay, and whether it suits you depends on what you're looking for and used to. I wouldn't rush back.
