Luxury, clean, and the best condo in Udon Thani. I love the swimming and fitness facilities. It's very close to Central mall and UD town. I recommend staying here.

There’s no leasing office, and the guard acts weird. Neither the phone numbers nor the LINE contact worked. The leasing agent called from the guard’s phone, which he kept shoving in my face, and she wasn't helpful or polite. She just kept saying leases were for 6 or 12 months and didn't give me prices. The place was closed for the holidays, with a “come back next year 555” attitude. There’s almost nothing nearby except 711. No thanks.

I've been here for two months, and it's the cleanest condo block I've ever seen. Security is on duty 24 h, and the team keeps the whole building, pool, and gym in top condition. All the staff are really helpful, and the cleaners keep the place outstanding.

The place is pretty awesome, with a giant pool, a gym, and a nice rooftop garden. A few practical tips for your stay: The pool doesn't provide a towel, so bring one. I forgot mine the first time lol. For trash, each floor has a garbage room beside the service elevator, which is opposite the main elevator. For laundry coins, there's a 7/11 by the main entrance. Buy a soda or coffee and ask for 100 baht in 10 baht coins. Google Translate works too. Keep your keycard with you, since you can't enter the building or use the elevator without it. I suggest taking a picture of your room number and code. Have fun, hope these basics help :D.
