At 1,100 baht a night, this was good value. The room was a good size, the staff were good, and the location worked well. The street can be noisy, but the two sets of glass balcony doors kept most of it out, so it wasn't a problem. I'd definitely recommend it.

The pool loungers could use some attention. A few felt uncomfortable and a bit worn. Apart from that, I was very comfortable here. The hotel is in a prime location, good value for money, and clearly well managed, with everything kept tidy and spotlessly clean. Nothing else to complain about. Thank you!

I only stayed one night, and the whole visit was easy and smooth. The Pannarai Hotel is modern and clean, and it feels well cared for. Its location worked especially well for me, near shopping centres and the night food market, and close to Udon Thani Airport. Check-in was friendly, and staff even arranged an early morning transfer at the last minute. I'd come back for another short stay or stopover.

We'd definitely stay again after our two nights at the Pannarai Hotel. It's a little dated in places and isn't a new hotel, but it was absolutely clean, as clean as anywhere we've stayed. The staff gave us exemplary personal attention.

The rooms have been renovated and are spacious, with a thoughtful layout. Being so central means shopping and nightlife are close by, though there's some background noise. The double balcony doors make it manageable. We also liked the breakfast and the pool.
