For 400 THB a day, you get air conditioning, hot water, a TV, and coffee. There's also a free area for drinking water and cooking.

The rooms are roomy, the bathrooms are good, and the service is excellent, though there aren't many places to stay. It has the feel of an old guesthouse and is near Mae Khachan's evening market and a 7-Eleven. A large room with two beds is 600 baht, while a small one is just 400 baht.

The vintage look really appealed to me as someone who rides a classic motorcycle, and the accommodation was just as pictured, excellent for what it costs. I only wound up here because I unexpectedly ran out of gas and needed somewhere nearby. The owners, a mother, father, and sister, were incredibly kind and looked after me well. The mother even went and bought gas for me. It was high season, but COVID meant I was the only guest, which made me feel sorry for the owners.

The caretaker, who is the owner's father, is very kind. There are five little houses and five rooms right beside Mae Khachan evening market. Food at the evening market is handy if you're not fussy. The bathroom is long but a little narrow, and most houses have a wide balcony. The first house is tiny and has no balcony.
