Nam Naka Boutique Hotel

The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and kept in good condition. It was a wonderful stay at a clean, comfortable, well-run hotel. I'd highly recommend it and look forward to coming back.

Getting around on foot is difficult because the hotel is in an odd spot, so you'll need to book a Grab or Bolt. It's also outside the old town area, though easy enough to find despite its unusual position on the road. The woman at reception was pleasant and really tried to make check-in and checkout go smoothly. The staff were great, and I especially loved their ice cream. The AC and shower heater both worked really well. There was a strange room smell, like deodorizer, but much too strong.

A very cozy hotel with stylish, clean rooms. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the girl at reception was really nice. The location worked well too: there's a good, inexpensive family cafe right in front for breakfast, and 7/11 is a two-minute walk away. Central Floresta mall is only about 2 km away. NamNaka weekend market is close by and great for food and bargain hunting. There’s also a small Chinese temple and a 7-eleven right outside. Phuket Old Town is about 10 minutes away by motorbike, or roughly a 40-minute walk, so the hotel felt reasonably placed without being central or isolated. I had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bed made for a good night’s sleep. There’s a fridge, AC, TV, shampoo, body wash, and plenty of towels. You get two free bottles of water each morning, and they’ll clean the room daily if you want. The front desk staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and happy to chat. She speaks English very well and made me feel at home as soon as I checked in. There’s no safe or kettle, and the thin windows let in some street noise. Earplugs helped, though it might be nice if the hotel offered them at reception for a small fee. I’d happily recommend staying here.
