My sleep was seriously affected by the noise, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to light sleepers or anyone who values a quiet stay. Traffic, especially motorcycles, could be heard almost all night, making it hard to fall asleep. Once I finally did, staff talking in the corridor woke me early. The door barely blocked sound, so I could clearly hear staff using walkie-talkies in the hallway. Other guests slamming doors in the morning was also extremely loud and disruptive.

This was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. It felt like they were cutting costs at the expense of comfort. Even with a booking for two people, they provided only one key card and charged extra for another. Hot water was available only for a few hours in the morning and evening, which was very inconvenient. The place didn’t feel welcoming. Thin doors let in plenty of noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, making it hard to sleep.

The room wasn’t comfortable because housekeeping didn’t come daily as expected, and it was left unattended unless I specifically asked. We also weren’t given enough complimentary drinking water. When we requested more, we were surprised to be charged for it, even though drinking water is a basic necessity for hotel guests. The lack of daily cleaning and the extra cost for water had a real effect on our stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves these basic services.

There’s a cafe downstairs, and the place is really aesthetic. The room had a huge walk-in closet and big, very comfy beds. It was spacious, clean, and the AC was soooooo powerful. The staff were amazing, cooperative, and understanding. 100% recommend.

Parking was easy with plenty of space for cars. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the hot water stayed consistent. Good location too.
