The scenery is stunning, just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hotel feels private and peaceful, a nice escape from busy areas. Its design is beautiful, and the room is arranged really well. The staff were so warm and welcoming, which made the stay even better. I would have given it five stars. The one issue was the air conditioner in room 107, which wasn't working very well and should be checked and fixed. It's a lovely place for anyone who values quiet and beautiful surroundings, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel may be small, but it's clean, well organized, and thoughtfully laid out, with good value for money. Our family stayed for seven nights in Phuket and were all very happy. It's in a quiet, relaxing area away from the crowds. The pool looks straight out toward the beach, with a lovely open view. There's a 24-hour convenience store across from the hotel, and lots of restaurants are only a three-minute drive away. The staff were especially friendly and attentive. Khun FA, her boss, and the rest of the team took such good care of us. They even surprised us by beautifully decorating our room and preparing a cake.

Waking up to the sea right outside the window was wonderful. I stayed in a sea-view room, and even opening the curtains in the morning was a great start to the day. The rooftop on the second floor catches a lovely breeze and is a relaxing spot. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, well maintained, and has convenient parking. Phuket Boat Quay Hotel has a peaceful feel and a handy location, not far from key areas. I'd recommend it if you're after a calm place in Phuket with easy access around the area.

It's a little out of the way, so you'll need a bike or car to reach the beach or restaurants. But for a relaxing trip where you don't plan to do much, it's perfect. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is really comfortable. You can enjoy an amazing view of the sea and boats from the sun chairs or breakfast area. There's a shop across the road for anything you forgot, and the staff are lovely and helpful. They noticed our friend's birthday at check-in, then surprised her with a little cake and sang happy birthday.
