The Base Central Phuket- 6 Floor

There are plenty of shared areas in this fantastic, brand new condo. It has two big pools with deck chairs, a well-equipped gym, changing rooms with lockers, a co-working space, and a waiting area. Security is there around the clock.

A great place for a long-term rental, with two very clean swimming pools and a gym in the condo. Central Phuket, the biggest shopping mall, is just a five-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, along with a spa and pharmacy. Best condo in Phuket.

I can hardly stay in the coworking room because it smells so strongly of mold, so it's definitely not somewhere I'd work for a few hours. The table in the room is small too. The room itself is tiny, with a small, hard bed for two, and there's nowhere in the bathroom to put bottles, cosmetics, or even a hairbrush. I don't understand why this condo is rated so well. Maybe it's fine for a tourist staying a week, but a month here could be uncomfortable.

The gym and pool are good, but the staff are disgusting. They watch you everywhere, even in your room, and it feels like a fancy prison. They deliberately make noise at night and in the morning. I had booked eight nights but left after just two, and after that only came back for the gym. It was completely unprovoked. Are there too many guests?
