The conference setup worked flawlessly for my two-day workshop. The rooms had large, high-quality screens, steady fast Wi-Fi, good lighting, and modern AV equipment. The events team was supportive, attentive, and proactive throughout. As a business traveler, those facilities impressed me most, though the whole stay was excellent. Breakfast and the other dining options were fresh, delicious, and varied. The location is ideal, the property spotless, and the team welcomed us warmly and efficiently. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Highly recommended for business or leisure, and I’ll return next time I’m in town. The hotel felt cozy and calm, and it’s not far from Dushanbe’s main attractions. I liked it a lot. It seems newly built, with a clean, elegant look. The rooms were tidy, well equipped, and furnished with good quality pieces. It was quiet, service was quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive. I didn’t try the buffet or have time for the pool, gym, or sauna. My stay was good. (30/11/2025)

From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly at Crowne Plaza Dushanbe. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff professional and friendly, and the place had a great atmosphere. It feels modern and well managed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The pool was clean, pleasant, and warm, and the sauna room was clean too. Still, this wasn’t the best place in Dushanbe like I’d expected. The mattress was small and very soft, and the pillow was too high. The room was about half the size of one at Hyatt Regency, and there was no bathtub unless you paid an extra $20 to upgrade. Even then, there was no hot water in the tub, and staff had to fix it twice in one day. There’s no market nearby.
