I appreciated how accommodating the staff were. They let me check in after midnight, then stay around to charge my phone and make tea while I waited for my plane. The rooms at Hotel Taj Palace are huge, and breakfast was decent.

It’s a good hotel overall, and I’d recommend staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and fairly spacious, though a little dark. Breakfast was okay but could be better. You’re close to Dushanbe’s main attractions. A taxi from the airport shouldn’t cost more than 20 Somoni.
