The staff were nice, and it's five minutes from the main street. The modern room was comfortable, but the bathrooms smelled unpleasant. This is more like an apart-hotel, with rooms on the second floor of a much larger building. Construction was still going on, and the dust, missing signs, and construction waste made a poor first impression. The TV had no channels, just a WiFi-connected computer screen. It was okay, but I'd consider waiting until the construction eases.

The rooms are new, but the building is still being built. It was hard to find the hotel, with no signs outside and no proper walkway; the path from the main street to the south goes through the construction site. Right now it feels overpriced. The price may be okay once everything is finished.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. This new hotel has clean, cozy rooms with free WiFi, a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, and iron. Breakfast was delicious, and prices were affordable. A good option for a comfortable stay in sunny Dushanbe. I highly recommend it!
