The location worked well for me, under a kilometer from the airport and still fairly close to the center. Hotel Ayni uses the upper floors of a modern 14-story building, with reception downstairs and the rooms above. The facilities were decent, though the staff came across as indifferent and not very helpful. Service needs quite a bit of work. Fine for a short visit if being well placed matters most.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. We were made to feel welcome right away, with a warm and efficient front desk team. Rahman and his colleagues were especially accommodating. Hotel Ayni exceeded my expectations, and the whole stay felt worth every penny. I'd definitely recommend it.

Farid and Navruz, I hope I've got the names right, along with the driver, were warm and always smiling while answering all my questions. The hotel arranged a free ride to the airport and back, and the staff helped me get through immigration and customs smoothly both on arrival and departure. Before I came, they were responsive on Whatsapp and communicated very well in English. I had been a little skeptical about Dushanbe because of all the negative airport reviews, but the help from Hotel Ayni changed that impression. My room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Breakfast was enough to fill me up in the morning.

The terrace had a great view, and the room was clean, with nothing I found inappropriate. Breakfast was an 8-10 for me, though a wider selection would help. The receptionists were really friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making me feel at ease!
