Hotel Gulistan tour

The location made a great first impression, but check-in was a mess. I’d booked two rooms about three days ahead, then was told the employee I’d arranged them with hadn’t marked them as reserved, so there were no empty rooms. My leg was aching badly after surgery, and I waited about an hour. My luggage was left on the road for minutes before they helped bring it inside. In the end, I got one two-bed room instead of two rooms with five beds. I hope the service is better during my three-day stay.

We used the venue’s conference rooms. The staff were helpful, the facilities were clean, and the internet was good. The price was very good compared with other places.

The bed was like stone, and breakfast was terrible.

Stayed just one night. The rooms were cold, and it wasn’t good value for money.
