The pool was clean and good, and I liked the food, though it took a long time to arrive. They need to speed up the food service. The bathroom outside the hotel was very dirty, and I saw a lot of insects there. It needs more cleaning.

The interior looked good, but the service was really slow and poor. I waited 10 minutes for the menu, then had to ask the waitress for it. She told me breakfast wasn't available, but when I saw other people eating breakfast and asked about it, she said she'd been mistaken. I ordered an American breakfast for 15 dinars. It took another 20 minutes to arrive, then I waited 10 more minutes for a fork and knife. After I complained to the head manager, service got quicker. They also brought the water and bread included with breakfast, which had been forgotten. The cheese was bad and not fresh. The bill was 15 DT, and I'd rate it 2/5. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Bizerte. I've been here for a month, and while a large hotel can have service mistakes, the staff and management deal with problems quickly. Everyone is pleasant, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, and the hotel has activities organized for children, teens, and families. The live entertainment at night is very good, and the place has a really positive feel.

The toilets were so dirty that nobody in my family, men or women, could use them. That's especially unacceptable for the women. There's no air conditioning in the lobby and no Wi-Fi for visitors. The food was horrible, including the meat, chicken, rice, and even the pizza. We waited 10 minutes for two bottles of water while my family was thirsty in 36c heat. They got my order wrong, didn't apologize, and told me to wait longer while they made it again. The servers spoke to us as if we were in a local market. I've been around the world and stayed in 1000 hotels, and this is the worst one, in my hometown no less. They claim it's a 4-star hotel. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. Definitely my last time here.
