It's in a great spot, but the apartments feel worn out and really need a proper clean.

We were there as a family from September 13th to 16th, staying in apartment 2. The welcome was warm and everyone was very respectful. The place is a bit rustic, but it's spacious, clean, has air conditioning, and sits in a lovely, charming area. They even kept our luggage for free on the last day. Absolutely wonderful. Nothing to report, and we'll be back! Thanks for everything :)

The room was cold, unclean, and nothing like the website description. Staff spoke to us rudely and vulgarly, with no professionalism. Truly the worst experience of my life, a complete disaster to avoid 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

The worst residence experience of my life. Do your research before booking, because I felt scammed. The managers were dishonest to let people stay in these conditions. On arrival, there was no reception. A server from the shisha cafe on site had to call someone to find my booking. They couldn't locate it at first because I booked through ebooker, though they could see Expedia. Then they asked me to pay even though I'd already paid online. The apartment smelled of toilets and mold. I think it had been shut up during lockdown and through the winter. When I tried to shower, the drain was blocked and the place turned into a swimming pool for about 10 seconds. There were no towels or shower gel. I asked about the missing linens and he coldly said it was to slow the pandemic. Eventually he moved me to the apartment next door, but it had more or less the same problems. There were hairs on the pillows and long hairs on the fitted sheet. I checked the other beds and found the same disgusting thing everywhere. Basically, the fitted sheets and duvets hadn't been changed. I also saw a small cockroach when I arrived, and there were so many mosquitoes in the room overnight that I woke up with bites everywhere. It was very noisy at night. Another hotel nearby seemed to play music too loudly, and I could hear passing cars. I'm going to call the travel agency to get my money back.
