Splashworld Venus Beach

I've stayed in plenty of hotels over the years and never had an animation team this involved. They went above and beyond for everyone and made the holiday for us. The hotel was clean, including the rooms, the food was amazing, and customer service was far better than I expected from a three-star place. I was optimistic, but ended up over the moon with the whole stay. Lovely people, and I'd highly recommend it.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we're already planning to come back next year. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, with great pools and slides, and food with loads of options for everyone. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The entertainment team were brilliant with the kids too. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lively place with activities through the day and changing entertainment every night. If you're after a quiet, relaxing holiday, it probably isn't the right fit. We spent five days here and had an amazing time. It's neither a five-star hotel nor a two-star one. The rooms are nicely decorated, and everything was clean and tidy. There's one main buffet restaurant, with a different cuisine each day, and the food was excellent. The hotel is right on the beach, with a beach bar serving drinks, and the water park is free to use daily and very well maintained. There are also two reasonably priced shops inside, a cash machine, and a few shops just outside, though not much else nearby. Hammemet has an old town for shopping and a new town with restaurants and beach. It's a short five-minute cab ride for restaurants if you don't want the all-inclusive meals. The marina restaurants can also be reached on foot along the beach in the daytime, though the walk back at night would be very dark. People at the hotel and in town were all friendly and helpful. For the price, there was plenty to keep us entertained, and I'd recommend it.

I went recently and had the time of my life. The staff were lovely, the service was amazing, and the food was great. The location was okay, but the inside was amazing.
