The noise was a big problem. Loud music went on very late every night and made it hard to sleep. The WiFi was unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not. I had online business meetings and important work, so I had to buy a SIM card and use mobile data. The room was dirty and the door didn’t open properly. The bathroom was very dirty too, with water all over the floor, so you had to wear slippers to avoid slipping. The food quality was poor, and even though I asked several times for a hot drink because I can’t drink cold ones, they kept bringing cold drinks until I complained. Reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, and at times no one was there when we needed help. The room phone didn’t work either, so communication was impossible. My experience at Hotel Nesrine Hammamet was very disappointing. It does NOT deserve 4 stars. The staff were unprofessional, the hotel wasn’t clean, and the service fell far short of what you’d expect from a 4-star place. Based on my stay, I strongly advise people to avoid it.

The workers are what make this place worthwhile. They’re always ready to help and create a nice atmosphere. The beach is lovely, with clear water, and Jamjoum and Asil really make the place worth it. For the price, the hotel was good, though the food could have had more variety. Update: I went back in April 2026. The hotel had a lot of upgrades, and the food was really good. They have a new chef.

I’d gladly recommend Hotel nesrine. The facilities were better than I expected, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were professional and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed it so much, it was a perfect place 🤩. The only issue was that the internet didn’t reach the bedrooms.

I left feeling unfairly treated and pressured to pay too much simply because I was with a foreign guest. At reception, the receptionist and male staff member acted unprofessionally and seemed to be taking advantage of my situation. They asked me to move to another room without a valid reason, which seemed aimed at charging me extra. They also tried to add taxes that were not clearly explained or justified. This was a disappointing experience and not the kind of transparency or professionalism I expect from a reputable hotel. I hope management takes it seriously and makes sure this doesn’t happen again.
