Mediterranee Thalasso Golf (PXM3) Hammamet

The room wasn't ready properly when we arrived. There were marks on the mirrors and no towels. Check-in was disappointing too: we were told we couldn't have lunch before checking in, but saw another guest in the same situation leave their bags and go eat. It felt unfair and inconsistent, even though we didn't argue. Staff also gave us conflicting explanations about what the all-inclusive package covered, which caused confusion during the stay. The whole first impression felt disorganized and unprofessional for a hotel that should treat guests fairly and make them feel welcome.

My parents are staying there, and the all-inclusive bar only lets them have one drink per person now. I've never come across that before. They're a group of six hoping for a relaxing evening, so it's really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it. 👎👎

We really enjoyed staying here and felt we got good value for our money. The staff were so kind, and the food was very good. A nice budget-friendly all-inclusive option. Well done to everyone working there.

There are three pools and the sea, and the henna artist is really good. The entertainment staff are always saying hi and trying to get you involved, all day long, which felt like a lot. The hotel seems geared more towards French guests than British ones. The food gets repetitive, and there's no diet juice for diabetics like me, so I had to go outside the hotel to buy some. Don't bother with the two excursions offered there. Each lasts only a couple of hours, and the only options available are quad bikes and a pirate ship. They initially put me and my friend in a room with a double bed. We said no, so they moved us, but getting to the room was a nightmare.
