The sea view was incredible, but that couldn’t make up for the room or the way we were treated. My family and I were drawn in by the cute entrance and charming building. Inside, we found a filthy room, and the front desk attendant was picking up dirty towels from it while showing us around. When we asked for clean sheets, they said the hotel had none. My husband pushed back, and another attendant went into the room next door and took dirty sheets off a bed there. There’s no AC, and they suggest leaving the windows open. After just two hours, we were covered in mosquito bites. We finally decided to leave, but they refused any refund and charged us for two nights. We’re a Tunisian family and speak the language, so imagine how this could go for a foreign tourist. I also almost got robbed by a local scouting around the maze of hallways. I backed into a corner and stood my ground, and he ran off. This felt like a disgusting flea motel locals use as a hookup spot. Please spend an extra 50 dinars and stay somewhere else.

It’s really only interesting in summer, for the beach or a pool party.
