Our stay was easy and relaxing, thanks in large part to the kind staff. They made sure we had what we needed and shared helpful tips about the area. The property itself is inviting, clean, and clearly well cared for.

Rochdi made us feel welcome from the start and was keen to help us enjoy our time in Hammamet. The place is peaceful despite being right on a main road in the town centre, and the Medina and beachfront are only a few minutes away on foot. You enter through locked wrought-iron gates into a parking area, with the rooms set at the back. The pool looked lovely, though it was too chilly for us to try it. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

A nice stay in a residence that's in a perfect spot. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It would have been great to have a breakfast option.

The staff are so friendly, and the residence is calm, pretty, and very clean. Everything is kept in its place, and you can tell they take good care of both the property and their guests. I love staying here and would come back if I return to Tunisia.

We had a great time at Résidence Neffati. The owner’s good energy and recommendations made the experience special, and the place is clean, welcoming, and professionally run. It’s also very close to the kasbah, the beach, and some good restaurants.
