Wonder Golf Hotel

We spent 11 nights here and had a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The Tunisian restaurant was our favorite, with lovely staff, and the food overall was very good, with lots of choice and well cooked. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage. They're a little dated but always clean. Bring your own hairdryer, as the one on the wall is an old pipe version. There were always sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. Staff were thoughtful, friendly, and very helpful. It's an easy walk to the old medina: turn left out of the hotel and keep going. We'd return.

The food was OK. I've had much better all-inclusive stays, though maybe the relatively low number of guests when I visited affected things. The staff seemed happy and were excellent. It's a clean, beautifully maintained hotel in a good location for me, about two miles from Hammamet Medina. The rooms are large and well proportioned, and there's loads of shared indoor and outdoor space, including a big pool complex. It's right on the beach, though it's not the best or widest beach.

I came on my own because I needed a break, and the hotel was just what I needed to relax. The food was tasty and plentiful, and staff were always happy to help. My room was a good size, with a huge bed, and was cleaned to a high standard every day. There was an organizer with plenty of activities. I tried quad biking in the hills and had great fun. A great seven days, and I can see myself coming back.

The pool was nice, and there was a good range of food, though it got a little repetitive. The staff were amazing and the service was second to none. Lovely hotel, but the evening entertainment let the place down.
