The animators are the best people there and are what make the hotel okay. The restaurant staff, though, are terrible. We had to search for a table for around 20 minutes, and it still wasn't clean. The food isn't great, and the location feels completely cut off from civilization. It seems like a hotel for elderly people. I don't recommend it.

It's a four-star hotel in Zarzis city, and the rooms are clean. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly, even though their English is limited. Some people do understand and speak it fluently, including Marcel from the animation team and the reception team. I didn't get the name of the control service supervisor, but they all try their best to provide good service with limited English. There isn't an à la carte menu, so I'd suggest booking full board to avoid having to go out to find food. At night there are games with prizes in the bar area, which keeps things fun before heading back to a comfortable room.

The main meals were good and tasty, with plenty to choose from, while breakfast was okay. I was disappointed by the à la carte restaurant, aux plats canailles. The sea was warm and pleasant, and there were enough couchettes. Rooms are on the older side, and parts of the bathroom need replacing or fresh silicone. The bed was narrow and low, so I slept about average. Staff generally aren't very confident in English, so speaking French is a big advantage.

The location is heavenly, with the beach nearby and crystal-clear water. The food seemed okay, but my mom got really sick after eating something expired from the restaurant, and she nearly had a heart attack. Nobody even came to check on her. Service was quite bad, and they don't treat you well unless you're a tourist.
