The staff made us feel special throughout, and the service and atmosphere were hard to beat for the price. We were here to rest, so we spent most of our time at the hotel, but we also went on every excursion. Each one was amazing and very cheap. I found them much more expensive online, so I'd wait until you arrive to book. The food was good, though some nights were better than others, and they changed the menu up nicely. Freshly cooked pasta and pizza are reliable if you're a fussy eater, but I'd still suggest trying other things. I liked a lot of it.

The building is beautiful and very well maintained, and security was fantastic. The cleanliness was excellent, though a few small areas need replacing. The staff's service alone would earn five stars. It's a great resort overall, but the drive from the airport is quite long and could be hard for people with young children.

The staff were great, especially the Star Friends entertainers. Sam, Momo, Nina, Bob, Ramon and Bikaer were friendly and supportive, and kept my son entertained all week. The restaurant staff were very good too. We had a great holiday, and the location was good.

The service is what made our stay unforgettable. Amir & Sami went above and beyond, with genuine, engaging interactions and a knack for anticipating what we needed. Their personal attention made us feel like the most important guests there. The team and setting left us feeling refreshed and pampered, and we're already planning to return. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful Tunisian design, intricate tilework and grand architecture. The resort felt like a modern palace while still reflecting its heritage. Its amenities were impressive and well maintained too. We spent plenty of time at the clear, magnificent pools, and the top-tier tennis courts were a great way to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. It was a wonderful mix of luxury, culture and hospitality.
