The tennis coaching was very good, but getting access to the hotel as a non-resident was a hassle. I booked several lessons a month ahead and tried to confirm the arrangements by email beforehand. On arrival, I was surprised to find I had to pay an extra 118 TND day pass for each day of lessons. If I'd known that, like most people I would have booked a hotel stay instead. After paying for the pass, I still had trouble moving around the property. Getting through the entrance gate was difficult, and I couldn't even get a beach or pool towel without issues. Staff often called reception to check my status, but reception seemed not to understand the day pass, even though I'd registered and left my ID earlier that day. When I raised the basic service problems, reception didn't really apologize. I can't comment on staying at the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend day passes or other extra services to non-guests.

The service was immaculate, and there was a good spread of buffet food, close to what you'd expect from a great menu restaurant. With plenty of entertainment activities, it's a strong option for families or groups of friends. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were always smiling and everything felt easy. The food was tasty, with lots of choices, and they made a special gesture for my birthday. I had a very enjoyable stay at this club and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The rooms were on the small side, but very hygienic. Staff were friendly and knew their jobs. The food and drinks were awesome, and the kids' groups had some really cool activities.
