The food was decent, and none of us got ill. The room was good for the price, about £50 per person a night, though after this stay I’d rather pay more. Some staff can be pushy, and this isn’t a quiet pool break: the music gets excessively loud during entertainment periods. WiFi also drops out for stretches, sometimes whole days, which made planning activities and checking email difficult.

The place is quiet and pleasant, and the pool isn’t crowded.

There wasn’t even a smile at reception, and the prices shown in the rooms didn’t match what we paid at the desk.
