Hôtel Les Pyramides Club

Save yourself the trouble and skip this place. The prices are high for such poor quality, and I don’t think it should even be called a hotel anymore.

The food was awful, with little variety and poor quality and organization. The rooms and cleanliness were just as bad, and the receptionist was rude. Even the cleaners only did their jobs after we kept insisting. I regret ever considering a booking here. If you’ve seen this, keep your money, or throw it away 🙂

The bar was good, and the staff kept on top of the drinks and cleaning. But we weren’t told what all-inclusive covered. We only got beer and cola, then found out near the end that there was Fanta and other drinks too. It felt more like full board with a few extras. Some locals or owners seemed to get priority at the bar every night, so we had to wait while staff brought them beer. The place is dated. The air conditioning was loud and barely worked, the double bed was two singles pushed together, and my supposed sea view was mostly rooftop with barely any sea. Food was average at best and cold if you didn’t arrive right when it opened. The staff were lovely, except for the cleaner who stole money from my friend’s purse.

We left and moved to another hotel. The replacement room they gave us was just as dirty as the rest of the place. We first found the dining room seating and tables filthy, then got our room key and discovered the cleaner was still in the room. Even reception was grimy, with dirty floors and windows, and a dog and cat sitting there when we arrived. We hadn’t even got past reception before the place put us off. I’d strongly recommend avoiding it.
