My brother booked a double room for us because he arrived before I did. When we went in, a staff member asked if I had a reservation and what the room number was. He then said the room was for one person only. I offered to pay for another person, but he said no and told me to leave. He was disrespectful and started raising his voice, so my brother and I decided to go. Outside, I told my brother it was a poor, unclean hotel and asked why he had come there. The staff member heard us and hit me. I had an injury in my foot and couldn't do anything. I reported it to the police and filed a case against them. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to these crooks.

The people working there were so nice and patient. Honestly, I liked the place, the food and the pool.

Cockroaches in the room, hair on the pillows, dirty sheets, and old towels that were poorly cleaned and full of holes. It's a dirty, old hotel in the middle of nowhere, with no nearby restaurants or coffee places. The guests seemed to be mostly families with lots of kids screaming and jumping in the pool. For such a miserable hotel, it was very expensive. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food wasn't tasty, especially breakfast, and the music was loud. The room was unclean and had insects. This is why Europeans don't stay at this hotel. I don't recommend it.

Our first two rooms both had electricity problems. This isn't somewhere to spend the day, and it's better suited if you're focused on outdoor activities. It also wasn't very quiet at night.
