I felt safe on my first solo holiday here, and every staff member treated me with a smile. Everyone was delightful, from the check-in desk to the lovely lady who cleaned my room. The rooms need updating, but they were adequate since I only used mine to change and sleep. The food was nice, and the entertainment team were lovely too. They made an effort to talk to everyone and always had a smile. I’m home now, but I’d book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff.

The food was amazing and the hotel service brilliant, so the trip was great and I’d recommend it. For trips outside the hotel, do your research first and watch out for scams in the canteen. Some taxi drivers may scam you, so I’d ask reception to call one. When the hotel arranges it, the driver takes you to your destination and back. Take photos of your surroundings, the inside of the car, its number and the driver to make sure you’re in the right vehicle. There’s a cash machine just outside the hotel. If you want cash before leaving, ask the driver.

We visited during the Easter half term. The staff did their jobs perfectly and were friendly and well mannered, whether during meals or the entertainment. The rooms were a bit dirty but fine to stay in for a week or so, and the Wi-Fi in them wasn’t great, though it worked alright. There was a wide variety of food, prepared well, along with fresh juices and different fizzy drinks. Ice hockey and pool tables were nice entertainment options, and there’s a place in the hotel to exchange money. Be careful with taxis, as some people may pressure you to buy things or take you to different areas. I’d research what you want to do beforehand.

We’re already making plans to come back. The animation team were brilliant with my young children and made the holiday special. The kids club was so much fun, and the pool and beach were lovely. Our room was clean and had great balcony views. Reception staff were helpful, and there was a good range of food. They went out of their way to find different food for my child with autism.
